About Bramley Advisors
Unlock fresh thinking.
My background before becoming an Executive & Team Coach has been 30 years in finance, predominantly in the private equity and venture capital ecosystem. After completing undergraduate studies at universities in Germany and London, I worked for a decade in the City, before completing a Master’s in Finance at London Business School. I then spent a further 18 years at top-ranking global banks including UBS & Citigroup and subsequently in Partnership at Blackstone. I now work with numerous PE, VC clients and their portfolio companies as an Executive & Team Coach.
Executive coaching is really a culmination of what I have enjoyed most in my business career so far. I am by nature curious, open minded, entrepreneurial, proactive & results-driven. My coaching philosophy is quite simple and I hope reflects these values. I enjoy helping clients to unlock fresh thinking, to find fresh motivation and focus, in order to enhance their performance and most importantly to achieve higher goals. I am an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and am a visiting Executive & Career Coach for the Alumni of London Business School around the world.
Over the years, I have chaired and sat on the board of several remarkable charitable organisations, with a primary focus on supporting underprivileged youth. In line with my commitment to future generations, I have also become an advocate of sustainability, having invested time & capital in a variety of global sustainability opportunities all of which adhere to the targets enshrined the 17 Unesco SDGs.
On a more personal note, I am happily married with two wonderful daughters. Aside from coaching and spending time with the family, my main passions are supporting my community locally, most things sport & fitness-related, enjoying contemporary music, walking Paddy our wheaten terrier in the Surrey Hills and entertaining family & friends with good food & wine.
I look forward to meeting you.
